Lusanda Netshitenzhe is the executive responsible for development impact at TUHF, a rapidly growing innovative property financier, providing loan funding to micro, small and medium sized landlords for the conversion of inner city buildings into affordable residential units. She is a commercial property finance and housing industry professional with over 15 years of experience in property development, property management, property finance, asset management, supply chain and fund management. Her experience includes affordable housing policy formulation and implementation, social housing, cooperative housing, programme monitoring and evaluation, Small, Medium and Micro Enterprise (SMME) development, entrepreneurship development, training, incubation and mentorship. She has spent many years driving Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives in inner-city property markets. Lusanda holds a Master of Business Leadership (MBL) degree from the University of South Africa and a Master of Science in Development Planning, a Higher Diploma in Development Planning and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of the Witwatersrand.
