Our social development arm, Vulamathuba, has rebranded to Vulamathuba Empumelelo. Directly translated from isiXhosa the name means unlocking opportunities for success.
Aptly named, the rebrand comes at an opportune time when the programme is expanding its service offering, scale, and reach.

Vulamathuba Empumeleo will also be accredited as a Training Provider to enhance its delivery of the Economic Mobility Programmes to impact the livelihoods of tenants and community members.

Talking about Vulamathuba’s evolution, Vulamathuba Manager, Noma-Afrika Nkwenkwe-Maxwele said:
“Vulamathuba Empumelelo is now primed to expand and enhance its current offering to not only cater to Communicare tenants, but to the community at large, with a focus on providing access to opportunities to previously marginalised individuals or communities through education, skills, training, and development.”

The rebrand also comes with a refined logo. Look out for Vulamathuba Empumelelo programmes coming to your community!
