How to apply online video
In order to complete your application, please ensure the required documentation listed below is attached.
- Completed application form
- Three months bank statements
- Proof of income
- Certified copy of identity document or valid permanent residency papers
- Certified copy of marriage certificate or certified copy of divorce decree, as applicable
- Certified copies of identity documents or birth certificates of all dependants and occupants
Please note: Only applicants who meet the minimum income requirements and have submitted the required documentation to the email address listed on the vacancy will be considered.
Remember, a deposit is payable with each rental.
We have very few vacancies and receive thousands of applications. We only correspond with the shortlisted applicants, so if you do not receive a response within 10 working days, please assume that you have not been short-listed for the vacancy.
