Thabo Mashologu

Property Development and Investment

Thabo has over 20 years’ experience in construction project management, property development and quantity surveying. As founder of Msingi Projects, a construction and infrastructure project management company, his client list included Liberty Properties, Pareto Property Fund, Advent Asset Managers (PIC), Provincial Government of the Western Cape: Department of Transport and Public Works, City of Cape Town, V&A Waterfront and Mvelaphanda Properties. He completed a variety of projects including residential and commercial developments, educational facilities, hospitals and airport terminals.

He is familiar with South Africa’s housing delivery challenges and has served on the governing structures of various professional bodies and non-profit organisations including The Cape Town Partnership, Development Action Group, Cape Town Central City Improvement District, the Association of South African Quantity Surveyors and the South African Institute of Black Property Practitioners.

Thabo has a BSc (Quantity Surveying) degree and a BComm Hons (Financial Analysis and Portfolio Management) degree, both from the UCT. He is a registered professional construction project manager with the South African Council for the Project and Construction Management Professions.
