Qualifying Criteria:

• Minimum Income: 3 times monthly rent
• Senior applicants must be able to care for themselves as our complexes are not old age homes and do not have frail care services such as assisted living options, on site healthcare staff or facilities
• Clean credit record/ Not blacklisted
• Applicants between age 50 and 65 years who are officially retired or who are still economically active and have no dependants may apply for seniors’ accommodation
• Senior applicants are required to attend an independent living screening session with a Social Development Officer. A medical report is required as part of the screening process. Tenancy at this complex is dependent on the applicant’s ability to live independently
