Had a pleasant experience with Communicare from the day I called their call centre for information to the point I signed my lease. Exceptional service.- Mac Melo -
Communicare provides rental housing to a wide range of tenants including a large portfolio of properties rented at discounted rates known as social rentals. We have specific complexes, where we provide government-regulated social housing.
We also rent out apartments to people of all incomes. The income from such rentals is used to fund the operation of social housing units. We have been cross-subsidising in this way for several decades because it allows us to develop more housing and to offer some units at discounted rates of between 30% and 80% lower than normal market rates.
